These terms cover ordering from the shop through AshPine on WhatsApp. AshPine is built and run for the shop by FPT Solutions Private Limited. By messaging the shop's WhatsApp number to order, you agree to them.
What AshPine does
AshPine is the shop's ordering assistant on WhatsApp. It reads what you need in your own words, finds it in the shop's catalog and builds your bill. It is an AI assistant, and it only helps with orders from this shop; it isn't a general-purpose chatbot. You can ask for a person at the shop at any time.
Orders and prices
- Prices come from the shop's catalog. The assistant can't set or change a price.
- Nothing goes to the shop until you tap Send to shop. Prices, the delivery fee and your delivery address are then fixed, and the shop checks every bill.
- If something is out of stock or short, the shop changes the bill and sends it back. You approve the new bill or cancel.
- The shop delivers to the PIN codes it serves, during its hours, for orders above its minimum. The assistant tells you these in the chat.
Paying
You pay when your order arrives, in cash or by UPI. AshPine never asks for card or bank details, and never takes payment in the chat.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time until your order leaves the shop. After that, you can refuse it at the door.
Mistakes
The assistant can misunderstand you. Check your bill before you tap Send to shop, and again when the shop confirms it. The confirmed bill is what you pay. If something is wrong or missing when your order arrives, say so in the chat and a person at the shop will sort it out.
Using it fairly
Use the service to order from the shop. Don't send abusive or unlawful messages, and don't try to make the assistant do anything other than take your order. The shop may stop serving anyone who does. Orders should be placed by an adult.
The service runs on WhatsApp, so WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your use of WhatsApp. Meta doesn't run AshPine or the shop.
Your data
The privacy policy says what we keep and why. Deleting your data says how to have it removed.
If things go wrong
AshPine is provided as it is. If an order goes wrong, the shop will put it right or refund what you paid for the items affected; as far as the law allows, that is the limit of what the shop and AshPine owe you for that order.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. They are governed by the laws of India.
